Hello Friends and Readers,
I hope you are all having a wonderful week. Aaron and I are doing well and keeping very busy. I just returned from a Flooring Convention in Stephenson, Washington and Aaron is working hard to finish school. We had a very exciting opportunity present itself for Aaron. I can't go into too much detail, but I can say that this could be the job Aaron has been looking for. We will know more on Feb. 15th.
Also, we had some sad news that I haven't shared on my blog. As you know, my grandfather was not doing well around Christmas. Again, I'm not going to go into too much detail, but the diagnosis was not good. He is receiving treatments, and is doing well for the time being. We just don't know how long we will have him. So keep us in your prayers as we go through this time with him.
As for the sewing front, I am plugging away at Aaron's frock coat. It's been a much slower process than usual. Now that we both have pretty full wardrobes I'm not focusing so much on having enough gowns to wear or suites for him to wear. It's actually kind of nice to just take time on a project without a deadline.
That's pretty much it for now. I will leave you with a picture of where we may, or may not, be living if Aaron gets this job ;-) I will let you know as soon as I know. God Bless!!!
Love Lauren
