Next Saturday, Dec. 5th, we have our ORS Annual Winter Ball. I decided that I am not going to make a new gown for it. I know, shock and horror. So, I need your help to choose what I shall wear. I will give you the options and you vote. Just leave me a comment :-) Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and God Bless!
Option #1
Janet Arnold robe with Muslin Gown underneath
Option # 2
Green Zone Front Robe l’Anglaise with lavender accents.
Option # 3
Long sleeves Chemise a la Reine alone. (without the hat)
Option # 4
Long sleeved Chemise a la Reine (see option #3) with Blue Robe a la Turque on top.
Now for the hair. Choose a wig :-)
Lady D, the ever large hedgehog.
Lady D’s much smaller sister.
Now, feathers are a given and I will coordinate the ribbons, ect, in my hair with whichever outfit you decide I will wear.
You have until Friday Dec. 4th to decide :-)
18 Witty Sentiments:
I absolutely adore dress #4 - and I think you should wear the big hair with it! I want to sew a gown like that someday...but right now I'm bogged down with Elizabethan and steampunk. :)
I'd have to say Dress #4 with the small sister of Lady D. :)
My vote is for option 2 and a big hedge hog :)
I vote for option #1. :-D
#1 is very yummy so that would be my choice
I vote for #1
hm, cant decide between #1 and #4... both a huge wow!
I really love option #2 (it seems like such a festive frock!)with the lesser hedgehog! :-)
Paris
#2 dress with the first hair! Beautiful!
Carolina
Beautiful, I'm charmed. I loved my visit to your blog.
All the very best.
#1 or #2. The colors are deeper - fitting for this season, modern days. :o)
I'm going to go against the common voice and say #3 - but they are all so pretty. I would say #1 does look the most festive, however. :) And either hair, but I LOVE the big style!
I say # 1. :) And the BIG hair. lol
I vote #1 too. Nothing like silk for a ball!
I say, #4 w/ Lady D!
All the frocks are lovely but I think #1 and #2 are the best for this time of year. I choose #2. I love the colour and sheen of the fabric. And big hair, of course. :)
Option #1! The color would be perfect for Christmas. ;)
How beautiful gowns!
