Dear Friends and Readers,
I am working on the plan for my next project. I'm thinking a petticoat with a bodice or jacket. Some thing along these lines...
The Fabric (the silk is actually blue, not silver)
This is the overall shape. A zone front with the cotton as the main body and the silk for the stomacher.
The finished look.
I will be hopefully starting on this project on Sunday!!! I'm super excited.

Oooh I can't wait to see it!!!! How does the jacket close? Does it hook onto the stomacher?
BTW I LOVE that cotton print! I just got some of the exact same fabric last week at Jo Anns. It was too pretty to pass up!

LOL, that's too funny. They only had two yards left, so I snatched it up.
They didn't have much left at my Jo Anns either, but I got enough to do a little bit with. I can't wait to see how your jacket comes out! I love all your projects.
